ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø's Non-Traditional Educator Preparation program (NTEPP) is approved by the State of Idaho, and meets all state standards and requirements. Completion of the program qualifies the candidate for an Idaho Standard Instructional Certificate. Idaho Instructional Certificates are recognized by most other states and territories through NASDTEC's Interstate Agreement, but usually with special conditions. If students intend to seek professional licensure and work in a different state or territory, they should use the list below to determine if ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø's curriculum will meet licensure requirements in the locale of interest. If it is undetermined that ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø's curriculum will meet licensure requirements in another location, ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø recommends contacting the licensing agency listed to determine if ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø's curriculum will meet requirements before beginning a ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø program.

These additional requirements are known as “Jurisdiction Specific Requirements” (JSRs).Most times, these additional requirements vary upon the educator's years of experience. Some jurisdictions, however, consider themselves “full-reciprocity” and do not have any additional requirements.
