ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø is deploying text messaging to share timely and important messages related to student success. We encourage all students to opt-in and receive these messages.
Here's what you need to know to opt-in:
You can sign up to receive text messages from The ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø. Currently, this can occur in several ways:
Message and data rates may apply when receiving text messages from The ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø. There is no fee assessed by ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø for text messaging, but you will be responsible for any message or data fees assessed by your cell phone carrier to receive or send us a text message.
Message frequency will vary depending upon the academic calendar, but you can expect to receive no more than five messages per week at peak periods in the semester.
If you are experiencing a problem with any ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø text message, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing helpdesk@csi.edu or calling (208) 732 6311.
You can cancel ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø text messages at any time. Just text STOP to (208) 423-1771. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
