Unlawful Discrimination and Harassment

Persons of the ÑÇÖÞ²ÊƱ¹ÙÍø community, guests and visitors have the right to be free from discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. All persons of the campus community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

Discrimination is prohibited by:

  • Title VI and title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972
  • Section 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Acts of 1973
  • Americans with Disabilities Acts of 1990
  • All other state and federal non-discrimination statues
  • Appropriate consideration shall be given to veterans in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations
